100km, Lots of Loo Drops, and a Legendary Logistical Effort
🚶♀️From 19th to 21st September 2025, thousands of determined walkers took on the epic Trailwalker challenge. This trek is 100km across the stunning South Downs—from Queen Elizabeth Country Park all the way to Brighton Racecourse.
And while they were focused on the blisters, the snacks, and the finishing line, the #LOOCREW were focused on something equally vital: the loos.
🏃♂️ Supporting Every Step (and every pitstop)
We’ve been part of Trailwalker’s journey for quite some time. Supporting this incredible charity has been a true honour, and we’re proud to have played our part in keeping walkers comfortable along the way.
🚽 The Loo Line-Up
This year’s event saw a deployment of:
- 81 x Eco Loos
- 7 x Accessible Loos
- 4 x Six-Man Urinals
🗺️ Logistics: A Multi-Drop Masterclass
Trailwalker isn’t your average delivery job. With 13 drop points (that’s a lot!) scattered across the South Downs Way—some so remote they would make your satnav cry – we had to bring our A-game. Thankfully, the organisers were absolute stars. They provided us with clear delivery and collection schedules, and shared 📍What3Words locations to guide our drivers to the exact spots.
This meant walkers didn’t have to stray far from the trail for a quick comfort break. Whether it was a windswept hilltop or a tucked-away woodland path, our loos were right where they needed to be ✅
🥾 First Hand Experience
We caught up with Megan, our Head of Sales & Operations, who took part in Trailwalker 2021:
“Having taken part in Trailwalker myself, I’ve gained a whole new appreciation for the event from the perspective of a participant. The well-placed toilets stocked with plenty of loo rolls were a small but vital comfort, and the volunteers at every pit stop were nothing short of incredible, lifting spirits and keeping us going when the fatigue set in.
The amount of effort and thought that goes into making Trailwalker such a memorable experience is truly remarkable. They’ve considered every detail. Crossing that finish line after walking for 27 hours straight was deeply emotional, an unforgettable moment that stays with you. It really is something special.”

💙 The Best Bit?
For the #LOOCREW, being part of Trailwalker is always a highlight—working alongside such a passionate team and knowing our loos help support the Gurkha Welfare Trust makes it all the more rewarding.
