The events industry has consistently ranked among the top 10 most stressful jobs worldwide over the past decade. While the intensity and high-pressure environment are part of what makes it so exhilarating for us, it’s equally crucial to prioritise self-care and support our colleagues when the stress levels rise. We encourage employees to take regular breaks – be it a moment in the garden at HQ, a cuddle with one of the office dogs, or a sneaky biccie! This helps prevent burnout and ensures that the #LOOCREW can recharge and stay motivated!

3. Mental Health Support

Mental health is just as important as physical health. At LOOS FOR DOs, we have dedicated Mental Health First Aiders available to support employees. This means there is always a friendly ear to listen, give advice or just someone to have a cup of tea with.

4. Physical Health

We are proud to offer a fully equipped on-site gym to keep the endorphins flowing! 🏋️‍♂️
Ensuring that our team have access to ergonomic workstations is also a key focus for us, the main things checked regularly are monitors, chairs and desks, to allow us to keep those spines aligned and eyes bright!
