We encourage employees to take regular breaks – be it a moment in the garden at HQ, a cuddle with one of the office dogs, or a sneaky biccie! Mental health is just as important as physical health. At LOOS FOR DOs, we have dedicated Mental Health First Aiders available to support employees. This means there is always a friendly ear to listen, give advice or just someone to have a cup of tea with.

We are proud to offer a fully equipped on-site gym to keep the endorphins flowing! 🏋️♂️
Ensuring that our team have access to ergonomic workstations is also a key focus for us, the main things checked regularly are monitors, chairs and desks, to allow us to keep those spines aligned and eyes bright!
