It’s Mental Health Awareness Month – which means #LOOCREW have been doing all we can to ensure our team are in the best possible mindset as we push forward into another busy summer events season.

 

The events industry has landed in the top 10 of most stressful jobs across the world in the last decade. Yes, it’s intense and high pressure – that’s part of why we love it! However, we also know how important it is to take care of ourselves, and our colleagues when the pressure gauge starts to spike!

LOOS FOR DOs are committed to ensuring our #LOOCREW are kept safe & healthy all year round.

 

We are fortunate enough to have:

  • A qualified Mental Health First Aider within our #LOOCREW to support anyone that needs it.
  • Health insurance, plus extra benefits and company schemes for overall health and wellbeing.
  • Regular 1-2-1 mentoring for skill development & coping mechanisms for work stress.
  • Time for hot chocolates, a 10-minute pilates break, or a catch up when needed.
  • Several places within LOO HQ that allow us to decompress, relax and boost that serotonin when needed, including access to a fully equipped onsite gym.
  • Company provided balanced breakfasts for monthly team meetings (we all know pastries are the key to a happy workday!)
  • Pre, during & post season get togethers for the whole team to catch up, try something new or get our dancing shoes on.
  • Office dogs, who are always happy to receive a quick cuddle or a walk in the countryside surrounding LOO HQ.

This month, #LOOCREW participated in Wear It Green Day on the 14th May.
